We work with our lending partner, Trinathen Lending, so the loan and the build move together: pre-approval up front, draws paid as the work gets done, and one plan from the lot to the keys.
Financing is offered by Trinathen Lending, LLC, a Texas mortgage company (Company NMLS #2783720; Alan Cooper, Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS #1912420). Grace Custom Contracting & Design and Trinathen Lending are separate companies. You are free to choose any lender; using Trinathen Lending is never required to work with us.
